DEVELOPMENT BATCH.

Our Product Development facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and analytical equipment.

All development batches for tablet, capsule, injectables and liquid dosage forms are designed to simulate the manufacturing process at pilot and production scale batches.

The analytical laboratory is equipped with relevant instruments that could analyse samples at various stages of the product development process, which includes pre-formulation study, raw material testing, finished product testing and stability testing.

PILOT BATCH.

We have a dedicated Pilot Plant to meet both the regulatory and pilot scale batch requirements.

Clinical study batches meant for bioequivalence (BE) study can also be manufactured at the facility.

We have a strong team of both formulation and analytical scientists capable of developing a wide range of products, which include immediate and sustained release formulation for tablets and capsules, liquids, creams, injectables and lyophilised products.

MANUFACTURING BATCH.

Upon product registration approval, the requisite to perform process validation can be fully met, as the production facility is equipped with scalable machinery similar to the pilot plant. We have a dedicated technology transfer and process validation team to ensure the commercial scale batch is reproducible and matches the predefined product specifications. With the increasing availability of generic products in the market, it is imperative to ensure that our generic products are therapeutically equivalent to the innovator’s products and are clinically interchangeable. Hence, at our manufacturing plants, we ensure compliance in clinical studies including bioequivalence. Using clinical studies, appropriate infrastructure and human resources, we constantly endeavour to benchmark, maintain and upgrade our quality to support the high technical standards demanded by multinational companies.
